The Ministry of Infrastructure (MOI) works with many partners inside and outside government to modernize public infrastructure as part of an integrated vision that encourages the kind of growth and environmental stewardship that enhances our quality of life and contributes to our economic success.
ReNew Ontario, the government’s $30 billion plus infrastructure investment strategy, has already resulted in significant achievements, by enabling the government to provide funding for more than 100 hospital projects, repairs and construction in more than 1,600 schools and upgrading and expansion of 83 transit systems.
Now, with ReNew completed, MOI will oversee a new, long-term infrastructure investment program.
The Ministry also has legislative responsibility for the following agencies:
